Job summary

Bally's Marquette is seeking a Security Officer to maintain a safe environment for guests, employees and assets. You will patrol casino floor, monitor access to restricted areas, respond to incidents, and write clear reports.

This role requires a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends and holidays, a valid Iowa license, and at least a high school diploma or GED. Casino experience is preferred; strong teamwork and English communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Assist in transporting money and chips.
• Control access to restricted areas.
• Respond to incidents and write reports.
• Monitor casino guests and employees entry/exit.
• Flexible schedule including late nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must obtain Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission Class C license.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Casino experience is preferred.
• Excellent teamwork, interpersonal, customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to work on weekends and holidays.
• English communication skills (verbal and written).
• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist in transporting money and chips.

• Monitor customer and employee passage in and out of casino.
• Work a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends and holidays; shifts may change.
• Obtain and maintain Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission Class C license.

• Casino experience is preferred.
• Demonstrate excellent teamwork, interpersonal, customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Be available to work weekends and holidays.
• Communicate effectively in English (verbal and written).
