Job summary

Seneca Gaming Corporation is seeking a dedicated Security Officer for the Second Shift to protect guests, team members and property while delivering courteous service on the casino floor. You will patrol, respond to incidents, and support investigations, with CPR/First Aid training required.

Qualifications include a HS diploma or equivalent, strong observation and communication skills, and proficiency with basic software tools.

Qualifications

Must be 18 years of age or older upon employment.
High School diploma or its equivalency required.
Preference given to candidates with Security/Law Enforcement/Military or Hospitality experience.
Must be able to use approved software programs for Security duties (report writing, Dispatch, etc.) as well as Word and Excel.
Strong observation and writing skills.
Proven guest service experience in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Ensure the safety of guests and team members on Seneca Gaming Corporation premises.
Maintain knowledge of Security Officer duties and adapt as assigned.
Respond to emergencies and guest disputes with professional, diplomatic conduct.
Communicate clearly to resolve conflicts and report incidents accurately.
Patrol and monitor designated posts and comply with policies.
Complete required training and maintain confidentiality.
