Job summary

Chukchansi Gold Resort & Casino is seeking a Security Officer to protect guests, Team Members, and assets across the property. You will supervise Security Officers, assist in emergencies, and provide field training while upholding safety protocols.

The role requires strong communication, leadership, and decision-making skills, with CPR/AED and First Aid certifications preferred. A high school diploma or GED is required, and prior gaming security experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year experience in law enforcement or gaming security preferred.
• CPR, AED and First Aid certifications must be current.

Responsibilities

• Interact with guests and Team Members to deliver excellent customer service.
• Supervise Security Officers and provide direction, training, and coaching.
• Escort guests and Team Members to ensure safety and report hazards.
• Prepare accurate security incident reports and maintain documentation.
• Lead field training for new Security Officers and support refresher training.
• Assist in coordinating emergencies and emergency medical response when needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct at all times.
• Support loading/unloading of assets and security of gaming tokens as required.
