Landry's, LLC. is seeking a Soft Count Clerk in Laughlin, NV to count revenues from all casino departments, both gaming and nongaming. The role requires handling cash, reporting amounts, and maintaining strict confidentiality in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include sorting and counting currency in the Count Room, ensuring accurate drop totals, and complying with regulatory policies. Must be 21+ and able to work a busy schedule with customer-facing interaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of cash handling experience.
• Ability to operate a computer terminal and communicate with the public in a clear and friendly manner.
• Knowledge of 10 key, balancing of banks.
• Solid decision-making, organization, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced multi-tasking, hands-on environment.
• Minimum age is 21 years old.

Responsibilities

• Count revenues from all departments in the casino, including gaming and nongaming.
• Collect funds from slot machines and document amounts accurately.
• Assist in sorting, counting, and recording currency in the Count Room.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information at all times.
• Complete reported drop totals accurately and promptly.
• Maintain a clean, safe, hazard-free work environment within area of responsibility.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
