Job summary

The successful candidate will support Count Room operations, uphold responsible gaming practices, and provide professional guest service to patrons and staff alike.

Qualifications

• Highschool diploma or GED equivalent.
• Count Room work experience preferred.
• Active credentials from NJ DGE or eligibility to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate commitment to responsible gaming and alcohol service.
• Collect, count, sort and record contents of drop boxes from coin dispensers.
• Count, sort and record drop box contents from gaming tables.
• Collect slot drop buckets and drop boxes; weigh and wrap coins as needed.
• Enter cash into currency counter and verify information in AS/400.
• Maintain paperwork and comply with NJ DGE regulations and internal controls.
• Deliver courteous guest service and support Count Room operations.
