Job summary

Presque Isle Downs, Inc. is seeking a server to provide outstanding guest service using Rose Standards of Service. You will take orders, describe specials and beverages, deliver courses, and ensure a welcoming dining experience in a casino resort setting.

The role requires standing for long periods, adherence to liquor regulations, and keeping guests informed about promotions while maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications

• Attend required training sessions offered by the Company.
• Obtain and retain required license(s).
• Perform duties in compliance with local laws and regulations.
• Ensure minors are not allowed to gamble or loiter in gambling areas.
• Know the property’s programs addressing problem gaming.
• Report any acts of wrongdoing of which the Team Member may have knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders from guests.
• Describe specials and conducted wine/spirits, promotions, and menu details with confidence.
• Deliver food orders to guests in a full-service restaurant.
• Navigate the POS system and process transactions accurately.
• Maintain Rose Standards of Service and safety practices.
