Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is preferred.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a current TABC (seller/server) Certification.
• Restaurant/Server experience is preferred.
• Gaming industry experience is preferred.
• Strong communication skills in English both written and oral; Spanish or other language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests at assigned stations.
• Answer menu questions and offer food item recommendations.
• Maintain knowledge of the dining menu and specials.
• Observe guests, anticipate needs and complete steps of service.
• Serve food and beverages promptly and accurately.
• Record sales in the POS system and handle payments as required.
• Ensure tables and stations are clean and stocked.
