Job summary

Talking Stick Resort is seeking a Construction Manager dedicated to the Casino Arizona renovation project. You will supervise day-to-day planning, design, construction, activation, and closeout to meet scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.

You will serve as the primary coordination point among Casino Arizona departments, consultants, contractors, and regulatory partners, escalating budget, schedule, quality, safety, and scope decisions to the Project Director.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field preferred.
• Seven years of progressively responsible construction or project management experience preferred.
• Experience managing a large, complex renovation in an occupied hospitality, gaming, entertainment, or similarly regulated environment is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assists with all aspects of a construction project, including planning, budgeting, scheduling, coordinating subcontractors and ensuring safety compliance.
• Coordinates design and construction phases, including bid packages, sequencing, temporary conditions, shutdowns, and phased turnover.
• Prepares monthly status reports covering safety, schedule, budget, procurement, change orders, and operational impacts.
• Reviews invoices, change orders, and maintains records to meet milestone objectives.
• Ensures regulatory coordination, quality, and turnover documentation for final completion.

Education

Bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture, construction management, or a related field
