Pioneer Crossing Casino - Dayton in Dayton, NV is seeking a Promotions Coordinator to drive lively guest experiences through targeted promotions, excellent service, and seamless event execution. The role involves traveling between our Dayton casinos and working primarily on swing shifts.

You will collaborate with marketing and casino teams to attract players, coordinate campaigns, and ensure compliance with gaming regulations.

Qualifications

• Minimum six months’ promotional experience in a casino setting preferred.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Must be over the age of 21.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service at all times.
• Execute Player promotions with a positive attitude.
• Promote Players’ Club and casino promotions.
• Assist in input of data into players’ accounts.
• Coordinate and execute on- and off-property events and promotions.
• Ensure events meet all rules and log sheets.
• Coordinate casino marketing with other departments.
• Comply with gaming regulations.
• Maintain confidentiality of guest and company information.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and social media campaigns.
