Qualifikationen

Aufgaben

• Perform daily cleaning tasks as directed by supervisors.
• Clean floor mats, sweep and mop kitchen floors, and clean areas behind and under equipment.
• Maintain hood vent systems and ovens.
• Clean and sanitize garbage cans.
• Maintain adequate inventory of supplies for job functions.
• Store equipment properly (dishes, glass, silverware, cooking equipment, utensils).
• Ensure cleanliness of floors, walls, dishes, pots, etc.
• Use wet floor signs and markers where appropriate.
• Provide proper equipment to kitchen workers (gloves, goggles, cleaning solutions).
• Report malfunctioning equipment promptly and assist other outlets as needed.
• Assist kitchen utility personnel with duties as directed by supervisors.
• Train kitchen workers in safety aspects of cleaning solutions and applications.
• Organize and store cleaning solutions and supplies properly.
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards set by the company, Health Department, and OSHA.
• Maintain strict confidentiality in all company matters.
