Clean and polish lighting fixtures, solid surfaces and trim.2. Clean hallways, lobbies, lounges, corridors, stairways and other work areas.3. Sweep, vacuum and mop floors.4. Shampoo carpets and spot clean chairs.5. Clean restrooms and replenish supplies.6. Wash walls, ceilings, woodwork, windows, door panels and sills.7. Empty waste baskets and ash trays.8. Transport trash and waste to disposal area.9. Replenish bathroom supplies and replace light bulbs.10. Assist in promotion and events set up and tear down.11. Clear snow and ice in inclement weather conditions.12. Meet attendance guidelines by reporting to work as scheduled with dependability and consistency.13. Promote and encourage positive customer relations.14. Represent the company in a positive manner.15. Maintain professional dress standards and personal appearance as dictated by the policy manual.16.
