Job summary

Arizona Charlie's - Decatur in Las Vegas is seeking an EVS Utility Porter to keep casino and public areas clean, safe, and guest-ready using specialized equipment. You will follow established procedures, assist with hard floors, carpeting, and waste disposal while delivering courteous guest service.

Responsibilities include cleaning high and low surfaces, maintaining the casino floor, and ensuring compliance with OSHA safety protocols and gaming laws.

Qualifications

• 1 year of janitorial or porter experience in a casino or similar environment preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with cleaning procedures for hard surfaces, waxing, and use of chemical agents.
• Knowledge of OSHA safety protocols and biohazard handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and courteous guest service consistent with the company culture.
• Regularly clean surfaces including signs, vents, and windows using ladders or lifts (up to 25 feet).
• Scrub, polish, disinfect, and wipe surfaces such as trash cans, sinks, toilets, urinals, furniture, and fixtures.
• Clean and maintain casino floor, vacuum, remove debris, and clean ashtrays and glassware.
• Maintain and store cleaning equipment; report repairs to management.
• Dispose of biohazardous materials per OSHA and company safety protocols.
• Ensure compliance with gaming laws and internal controls.
