Job summary

Customized Guard Services is seeking a Lobby Ambassador to be the first point of contact for tenants, guests, and visitors in a commercial high-rise. You will create a welcoming atmosphere, support security, and deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities include greeting arrivals, guiding visitors, controlling access, logging guests, coordinating with security and maintenance, and communicating updates to building occupants to ensure smooth, safe operations.

• Address and resolve inquiries and concerns promptly and courteously.

• Verify identification and issue visitor passes as necessary.
• Maintain a visitor log and manage guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Conduct regular surveillance of the lobby area and report any suspicious activities or security breaches.
• Collaborate with security personnel to ensure the safety of the building and its occupants.
• Respond promptly to emergencies, such as fire alarms, medical incidents, or evacuations, and assist as needed.
• Serve as a liaison between building management, security, and tenants.
• Communicate effectively with other team members and departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Relay important information or updates to tenants and guests as required.
• Ensure the lobby area is clean, tidy, and well-maintained at all times.
• Coordinate with maintenance and cleaning staff to address any issues or concerns.
• Report any maintenance needs or safety hazards to the appropriate personnel.
