REPORTS TO: Casino Marketing Leadership

PAY TYPE: EXEMPT

The ideal candidate for this position will possess inherent customer service skills, a passion for customer care, and a commitment to proactive service and recovery as necessary. Members of the VIP Hospitality Host team will work to resolve customer issues using a rich set of tools which include real-time customer data. Members of this team will operate in a highly collaborative way and will deliver on Caesars service promise, while being held accountable for all service opportunities that may arise.

JOB TITLE: Casino Marketing Service Ambassador

DEPARTMENT: Casino Marketing

REPORTS TO: Casino Marketing Leadership

PAY TYPE: EXEMPT

The core group will include VIP guests: Inside Sales, Digital, non-Las Vegas dominant guests whose worth level does not qualify for Executive Hosts.

Essential Job Functions

• Proactively greet guests in VIP check-in and High Limit gaming spaces (where assigned)
• Use sound judgment and make decisions in accordance with established comp and expense guidelines
• Handle difficult guests and situations professionally and calmly
• Maintain close ties with customers to foster loyalty
• Respond to guest needs, including transportation and accommodation arrangements
• Coordinate seamlessly with VIP Check-in, Executive Hosts, and other departments to deliver a superior experience
• Identify and resolve service failures promptly, using authority as needed to ensure customer satisfaction
• Comply with all rules, regulations, laws, and policies with integrity and honesty
• Seek ways to improve efficiency and service quality
• Communicate programs/services effectively and keep relevant parties informed
• Stay informed about property happenings and market developments
• Adhere to company policies, codes of conduct, and industry regulations
• Provide consistent, polite, and accurate service, proactively seeking answers when unsure

Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in casino/hotel, customer service, host, or account management (luxury service preferred)
• Ability to make independent decisions to enhance customer experience and profitability

• Proficiency with customer Point-of-Service systems
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
