Job summary
Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Hollywood is seeking a Marketing Analyst to provide technical and organizational support within the Advertising & Promotions team. You will build offers, maintain reports, and ensure data quality for direct mail campaigns in a fast-paced casino environment.
Ideal candidates have a High School Diploma or GED, 1 year of casino marketing experience, and proficiency with Excel, CMP, GHS, and Access.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred in a related field.
- At least 1 year casino marketing experience and 1 year of comparable analytical functions.
- Equivalent education/experience acceptable.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical and organizational support under Marketing Leadership.
- Build offers in Casino Market Place, GHS and TIS systems.
- Maintain and update reports daily, weekly, or monthly.
- Investigate data quality issues and train users as needed.
- Manipulate and sort player lists for direct mail vendors.
- Upload Player Tags in CMP and prepare graphical data interpretations.
- Maintain Access forms and perform ad-hoc analyses on request.
- Foster professional relations with vendors, customers and colleagues.
