Wind Creek Chicago Southland is seeking a detail-focused Coordinator to support the Property Marketing Director, Casino Marketing Manager, Bus Groups Manager, and Resort Sales Manager. This role handles inquiries, coordinates reservations, and assists with promotions and event logistics.

Ideal candidates bring strong communication skills, proficiency in MS Office and casino industry systems, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with irregular hours and travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; GED program completion within six months (required).
• Associates degree with 1 year admin experience or 2-year related casino/hotel experience (required).
• Working knowledge of Windows and common software; skills test required (70%).
• Ability to take direction from multiple managers and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent customer service and strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Field incoming sales inquiries by phone and web and route to Sales Manager.
• Assist with scheduling, reservations, group arrivals, and event logistics.
• Process contracts, checks, and W-9 vendor forms as needed.
• Develop and coordinate new promotions to drive revenue.
• Support weekend room assignments and confirmation calls for events.
• Maintain pricing quotes for banquet and hotel operations.
