Job summary
Aria, part of MGM Resorts International, is seeking a Casino Marketing Administrator to support the Casino Marketing team by coordinating daily operations, supporting marketing programs, and assisting leadership with reporting to drive smart business decisions. You’ll manage ticket and event inventory and help ensure a seamless guest experience.
The ideal candidate has 1+ years in Host Services or Casino Marketing, a gaming license if required, and is 21+.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of prior relevant experience.
- Gaming license/registration as required by jurisdiction(s).
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- Background in Host Services, Casino Marketing, Reward Services or similar is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Assist with management and execution of all special events, including preparation and dissemination of event counts to transportation for effective decisions.
- Compile financial reports to present to management, researching data/trends and actions to reduce costs and maximize revenues.
- Maintain casino blocks for ticketed events and distribute tickets to qualifying customers.
- Support the manager in creating reports that cover Hotel, MGM Rewards, VIP, Special Events, Casino Marketing and Casino Finance.
- Assist with ad-hoc reporting and identify inefficiencies in Casino Marketing operations.
