Job summary
The Bellagio at MGM Resorts International is seeking a Casino Marketing Administrator who will support the Casino Marketing team by coordinating daily operations, events, and reporting. You will review gameplay activity, manage ticket and event inventory, assist with promotional initiatives, and analyze data to drive smart business decisions.
The ideal candidate has 1+ years of relevant experience, a background in host services or casino marketing, and a mature approach to confidentiality.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of relevant experience in casino marketing, host services, or related fields.
- Experience coordinating marketing events and promotions preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
Responsibilities
- Assist event management and disseminate event counts to transportation for decisions.
- Compile financial reports and analyze data to reduce costs and maximize revenues.
- Maintain casino blocks for events and distribute tickets to qualifying customers.
- Create cross‑department reports covering Hotel, MGM Rewards, VIP, Special Events, Casino Marketing and Casino Finance.
- Evaluate casino play to approve concert and event opportunities.
- Review and approve Direct Mail offers for Marketing Executives.
- Support ad‑hoc reporting and weekly scheduling needs.
- Protect confidentiality of company documents and collaborate on marketing strategies.
