Job summary

Wildhorse Resort Casino in Pendleton, OR is seeking a security professional responsible for maintaining a safe environment during alcohol service. You will enforce OLCC and Wildhorse policies, monitor bars and the gaming floor, and assist management with crowd control and safety.

The role requires checking IDs for guests under 30, documenting incidents, and supporting casino staff. Candidates must have 6 months of security/military experience, a high school diploma, and be 21+.

Qualifications

Six months of Security, Law Enforcement, or Military service experience.
High School Diploma or GED.
Must obtain Food Handler's certificate and an OLCC certificate within 30 days of employment.
Must be at least 21 years of age.
Physically able to lift up to 50lbs and work in varied environments.

Responsibilities

Promotes exemplary guest service standards through prompt, efficient, and friendly service.
Check the ID of all guests who look below the age of 30.
Helps keep assigned areas and walkways clear of empty cups and trash.
Prevents customers from leaving or entering the casino and alcoholic-free areas with alcoholic beverages.
Assists management in identifying potential issues with intoxicated guests or disturbances.
Cuts off and removes alcoholic drinks from intoxicated customers and follows notification procedures.
