Cherokee Nation Entertainment is hiring a Production Cook in Oklahoma. You will prepare food per standards, control portions, and ensure high quality and presentation while supporting efficient kitchen operations.

The role requires attention to safety, sanitation, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with varied shifts, including weekends and holidays, in diverse settings such as kitchens and casino floors.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum of 1-year related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to obtain a food handler's card.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfort working in diverse environments such as kitchens, casino floors, and areas with exposure to smoke and noise.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare food for assigned venue in accordance with menu standards.
• Follow recipes and portion control to ensure consistency and quality.
• Maintain proper food presentation and timeliness of service.
• Store and handle food correctly to prevent waste and spoilage.
• Uphold cleanliness standards for kitchen operations, equipment, and tools.
• Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment at all times.
