Harrah’s operates in a casino kitchen environment where a strong culinary leadership is essential. The role oversees production across all outlets, maintains high food quality, and drives profitability while upholding safety and service standards.

The ideal candidate has a college degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management or Culinary Arts, 5+ years of culinary management, knowledge of F&B operations, and preferably casino experience. Must be 21+ and able to work a varied schedule.

Qualifications

• Requires college degree in Hotel, Restaurant Management and/or Culinary Arts.
• Minimum 5 years culinary management experience (sous chef and above).
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Knowledge of food and beverage management in food service operations.
• Casino experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Develops and ensures compliance with standard recipes and production methods.
• Generates maximum financial performance for all outlets including cost control.
• Maintains guest service that meets or exceeds company standards.
• Ensures production of high-quality food for all outlets.
• Maintains kitchen safety and cleanliness across all outlets.
• Plans and coordinates hot and cold food production.
• Trains and directs kitchen staff using approved management practices.
• Oversees multiple outlets and delegates according to business demands.
• Interacts with guests and upholds Harrah’s service culture.
• Interviews, hires, and conducts performance reviews.
