Job summary

Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol is seeking a Kitchen Team Member to properly prepare items listed on menus, grilling, frying, baking, and broiling in an assigned kitchen outlet. You will ensure plates are visually appealing and cooked to guest specifications.

Maintain a clean workstation, assist teammates, and support events when needed. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with culinary apprenticeship/associate degree preferred; ability to work holidays and weekends is essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; culinary apprenticeship preferred.
• Associate degree in culinary arts or related training is a plus.
• Experience with basic food prep and line work is expected.

Responsibilities

• Prepare foods listed on menus across grilling, frying, baking, braising and poaching.
• Ensure plates are visually appealing and cooked to specifications.
• Maintain a clean, organized workstation and report hazards.
• Assist teammates and support events or banquets as needed.
• Properly store foods and ensure equipment is in good working order.
• Attend pre-shift meetings and follow safety guidelines.
