WarHorse Gaming Lincoln, LLC in Lincoln, NE is seeking a Cook I to join our kitchen team. You will prepare and present food items according to recipes, support line and prep stations, and help maintain a clean, safe environment while delivering fast, friendly service.

This role requires at least a high school diploma or GED and one year of high-volume food service experience. The schedule includes evenings, weekends, and holidays with both part-time and full-time options; ServSafe is a plus.

Qualifications

• Must be 19 years of age or older.
• One year of experience in a high-volume food service operation.
• Basic knowledge of food preparation techniques and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare food items according to standardized recipes and guest requests.
• Support line and prep cooking functions including breakfast, entrées, and desserts.
• Follow food handling, storage, and rotation procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and equipment.
• Demonstrate proper knife skills and portion control.
• Garnish plates and ensure presentation standards.
