Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent experience.
• 1 year of experience in a high-volume food service operation.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques and sanitation practices.

Responsibilities

• Prepare items according to standardized recipes and guest requests.
• Support line and prep cooking functions including breakfast, entrées, and desserts.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations and equipment.
• Monitor par levels and assist with inventory replenishment.
• Provide courteous, responsive service to guests and teamwork.
• Follow safety guidelines and company policies.
