PENN Entertainment in Bangor, ME seeks a Casino Host to manage casino marketing activities and deliver personalized guest experiences.

This role supports the Slot Marketing Manager, develops guest relationships, and ensures compliance with gaming regulations; requires a four-year degree and MS Office proficiency.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Access and Word.
• Ability to communicate with internal and external guests; physically mobile for varied tasks.

Responsabilidades

• Administer Casino Marketing and support Marketing initiatives.
• Assist the Slot Marketing Manager in department operations.
• Exercise discretion and independent judgment within Casino Host functions.
• Work independently on player development.
• Provide personalized service to guests and build relationships.
• Develop relationships with new and first-time guests.
• Coordinate with Casino Game operations and other Marketing cast members.
• Invite guests to enjoy amenities and events; manage guest communications.
• Issue comp plays based on player ratings.
• Host outside entertainment for guests (sports, dinners, theater).
• Promote casino marketing programs via telemarketing.
• Follow safety rules and adhere to quality standards.
• Maintain compliance with Gaming Board Rules and company controls.
• Work within company guidelines; perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Primarily responsible for the administration of Casino Marketing
• Assist the Slot Marketing Manager in the operation of the Casino Marketing department
• Exercise discretion and independent judgment within the Casino Host functions
• Work independently on player development
• Devote majority of time in the casino providing personalized service to the guests
• Identify and develop personal relationships with new and first time guests
• Communicate constantly with Casino Game operations and other Casino Marketing cast members
• Contact guests personally and/or send correspondence to invite them to enjoy amenities and/or to special events
• Issue complementaries based on player ratings
• Host outside entertainment for our guests, such as professional sporting events, dinners, and theaters
• Promote casino marketing programs via telemarketing
• Follow all safety rules
• Adhere to departmental quality standards
• Maintain compliance with the Gaming Board Rules, Standards and the company's System of Internal Controls and Sarbanes-Oxley requirements
• Work within the guidelines established by the company
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from an accredited four-year college or university
• Must be proficient in Microsoft applications (Excel, Access, Word)
• Ability to communicate with internal and/or external guests
• Physically mobile with reasonable accommodations including ability to push, pull, carry and lift up to 25 lbs., and the ability to push, pull, reach, bend, twist, stoop, stack, crouch, kneel and balance when performing job duties in varying work areas such as confined spaces
