Job summary

Lucky Star Casinos in Hammon, Oklahoma, is seeking a courteous Receptionist to handle incoming casino calls and greet guests with STAR treatment. Under the supervision of the Receptionist Supervisor, you will support clerical tasks and help maintain a smooth front-desk operation.

Responsibilities include professionally receiving calls, directing them as needed, recording call-ins and applicant follow-ups, and assisting with administrative duties.

Qualifications

• Must pass pre-employment drug test.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Computer literate.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills.
• Must maintain valid Cheyenne and Arapaho Gaming Permit.

Responsibilities

• Professionally receive all incoming calls.
• Ensure phone calls are redirected accordingly.
• Greet guests and co-workers in a professional, friendly manner while exhibiting STAR treatment.
• Record Call-in’s from employees.
• Record applicant follow-up.
• Assist with administrative task.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
