The Host/Hostess at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa, part of Cherokee Nation Entertainment, welcomes guests, answers calls, seats guests and coordinates with team to ensure smooth service in a busy casino dining environment.

The role involves handling reservations, processing guest payments, maintaining cleanliness, and adhering to alcohol-safety standards; availability includes weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent
• Two years of serving experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong communication and customer-service skills; ability to work in a team and adapt to changing needs
• Ability to obtain a food handler’s card, pass alcohol-awareness training, and obtain gaming authority licensing

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests with courteous, attentive service
• Answer incoming calls and take reservations as needed
• Coordinate food and beverage delivery to guests in a timely, friendly, and efficient manner
• Follow alcohol-safety standards, including checking identification when required
• Process guest payments accurately for goods and services delivered
• Maintain cleanliness in assigned stations and shared areas
• Promote a fun, friendly, quick, comfortable, clean, and safe environment by supporting the team
