Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years progressive accounting/finance experience, with 5+ in leadership.
• Casino gaming/tribal hospitality finance experience preferred.
• CPA/CMA/MBA or equivalent preferred.
• Strong GAAP knowledge and governmental accounting familiarity.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance operations and set performance expectations.
• Oversee month, quarter, and year-end closes and reporting.
• Ensure GAAP, GASB, and regulatory compliance within tribal gaming context.
• Manage accounting for gaming and non-gaming revenues.
• Coordinate audits and remediation of findings.
• Lead budget, forecasts, and cash flow planning.
• Maintain internal controls and safeguard assets.
