Job summary

Kiowa Casino Operations Authority is seeking a Comptroller to oversee the casino resort accounting activities and standardize internal processes across general ledger, bank reconciliations, financial reporting, and period close.

The role includes directing Payroll, Accounts Payable, Receiving, and Soft Count/Drop functions, analyzing results and ensuring compliance with policies, tribal regulations, and federal/state laws. Strong leadership and integrity are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting is required.
• 5 years accounting experience with supervisory exposure in Payroll, A/P, GL, Receiving, Revenue Audit, and Soft Count/Drop preferred.
• Experience with MAS90, Peachtree or Infinium preferred.
• CPA certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate casino accounting activities and month-end close.
• Direct payroll, AP, and fixed asset accounting and depreciation.
• Ensure adherence to accounting policies, COA, and internal controls.
