Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field or equivalent experience.
• Advanced Excel skills and proficiency with financial modeling.
• Experience with journal entries, reconciliations, and financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Compile and analyze financial information to support journal entries and general ledger accounts.
• Prepare and maintain cash on hand and bank reconciliations.
• Prepare reconciliations to align subledger with general ledger balance.
• Prepare data for federal, state, and local filings and tax returns.
• Prepare weekly reports for the Business Development Committee.
• Oversee intercompany billing and internal cost allocations.
• Participate in random inventory audits for casino venues.
• Prepare documentation for external audits and regulatory agencies.
• Ensure compliance with MICS and Tribal Internal Control Standards (TICS).
