Job summary

Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of maintenance/electrical experience.
- Basic knowledge of electrical wiring and plumbing with carpentry/repair skills.
- Strong troubleshooting of building problems.
- Good judgement at all times.
Responsibilities
- Repair or replace light bulbs, electrical motors, and ballast.
- Vacuum refrigeration filters and coils as needed.
- Change HVAC filters.
- Hang promotional signs and banners.
- Repair minor plumbing/electrical and carpentry problems.
- Maintain facility equipment and perform preventative maintenance.
- Assist maintenance team as needed.
- Be aware of the facility disaster plan and act accordingly.
- Work safely with appropriate equipment and products.
- Set up events and assist with other duties.
- Ability to become lift and forklift certified within 90 days.
