Job summary

Saganing is seeking a Custodian/Facilities Maintenance worker under the supervision of the Facilities Supervisor to upkeep the casino and surrounding grounds.

Responsibilities include cleaning with vacuums, mops, extractors, buffers and scrubbers; scheduled restroom cleaning; trash disposal; spill and biohazard cleanup on the gaming floor; basic grounds work, snow removal, and minor plumbing/carpentry repairs; all while upholding hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age.
• One year custodial and maintenance experience.
• Experience with minor plumbing and carpentry.
• Must be able to pass background check to meet the employment eligibility requirements as they pertain to the position.

Responsibilities

• Clean all areas using vacuum sweepers, mops, extractors, buffers and scrubbers to maintain cleanliness.
• Clean restrooms on a schedule.
• Empty trash and ash trays; transfer waste to dumpster areas.
• Perform basic cleaning in high-traffic areas daily.
• Cleanup of spills and biohazards on the gaming floor.
• Maintain grounds including lawn care and outdoor trash pickup.
• Perform snow removal and maintenance of sidewalks, parking lots and entrances.
• Maintain plumbing systems and perform minor carpentry/painting repairs.
• Move equipment and supplies as needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold hospitality rules.
