Job summary

North Fork Mono Casino is seeking a maintenance engineer to perform general building maintenance and preventive tasks in a 24/7 casino environment. You will troubleshoot basic building systems, document work in CMMS, and support HVAC, electrical, and plumbing tasks under the Engineering Manager.

The role requires a HS diploma, 5 years of facility maintenance or 3 years casino experience, a California driver’s license, and the ability to obtain a Tribal Gaming Commission license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum five years facility maintenance or related hospitality experience, or three years casino engineering experience.
• Valid California driver's license and insurability.
• Must obtain and maintain a Tribal Gaming Commission gaming license (background check).
• Must be at least 21 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Perform general building maintenance including plumbing, lighting, and minor carpentry.
• Complete preventive maintenance tasks per CMMS schedules.
• Respond to service calls during shift and resolve guest-facing issues promptly.
• Assist with HVAC, electrical, or plumbing systems as needed.
• Document work orders and materials in the CMMS.
