Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid HIS Food Handler’s Certificate required.
• Current ABLE Commission Liquor License required.

Responsibilities

• Escort customers to tables and assist with seating.
• Present menus, take orders, and relay to kitchen and bar.
• Prepare beverages and assist with food service at tables.
• Verify customer ages for alcoholic beverages.
• Handle payments and process guest bills.
• Provide courteous, efficient service and resolve issues as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of service areas and restrooms as required.
• Stock service areas, set tables, and prepare for shifts.
• Follow casino procedures and state laws at all times.
• Attend to special requests and daily specials for guests.
