Responsibilities

• Escorts customers to their tables.
• Assists customers with seating arrangements.
• Greets guests, answers phones for to-go orders, and takes payments.
• Presents menus, answers questions, and makes recommendations.
• Takes and records food and beverage orders.
• Prepares beverages and serves food at tables as needed.
• Ensures guests meet age requirements for alcohol.
• Keeps tables clean and stocks service areas.
• Handles bills and payments and resolves concerns.
