Job summary

Peppermill Reno is seeking a Casino Executive to supervise all table games and implement Policies and Procedures. You will train, monitor, and evaluate pit personnel in line with regulatory rules. The role includes dual-rate duties as a Table Games Dealer to support operations.

The ideal candidate has 21+ years old status, a valid Gaming Control Board license, strong table-game knowledge, basic-strategy insight, and solid math and communication skills to maintain high service levels.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years old.
• Must maintain a valid license with the Gaming Control Board.
• Working knowledge of all or most table games.
• Understanding of basic strategy and card counter identification
• Good mathematical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as a host, ensuring guests receive excellent service.
• Maintain awareness of policies, procedures and rules, and supervise table games accordingly.
• Maintain table game bankrolls.
• Verify the accuracy of all documentation including fills, credits, and markers/buy-backs.
• Monitor and document all cash transactions within state and federal regulations.
• Issue markers and buy-backs to credit-line players.
• Change cards/dice as required by company policy.
• Inform Shift Manager and Surveillance of abnormalities and Hi-Limit plays in their section.
• Perform player tracking.

Job description

The Casino Executive supervises all table games. Additionally, they will implement Policies and Procedures, train, monitor, and evaluate performance of pit personnel assigned in accordance with Rules and Regulations set forth by the department. They will also Dual Rate as a Table Games Dealer.

• Maintain table game bankrolls.
