Job summary

Choctaw Landing in Pocola, OK is seeking an Environmental Services Staff Member to maintain the cleanliness of casino facilities. You will report to the EVS Supervisor or EVS Manager on duty and support housekeeping operations during the Friday–Tuesday schedule, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM.

The position offers $14.50 hourly pay and Weekly Earned Wage Access as an option. Prior EVS/housekeeping experience, knowledge of cleaning chemicals, and safety regulations are preferred.

Qualifications

• Prior Environmental Services/Housekeeping experience in the hospitality industry.
• Knowledge of chemical composition, structure, and properties of substances and of the chemical processes and transformations they undergo (includes uses of chemicals and their interactions, danger signs, production techniques, and disposal methods).
• Knowledge of cleaning machines and tools, including their designs, uses, basic maintenance.
• General knowledge of cleaning requirements in the hospitality industry.
• Understand government public health regulations.

Responsibilities

• Stock housekeeping supplies when delivered.
• Apply cleaning solvents to clean rooms and work areas; move or lift objects.
• Operate cleaning equipment to clean casino facilities and related areas.
• Empty trash and ashtrays, transport waste to disposal area.
• Wash windows, walls, doors, and woodwork.
• Answer inquiries and direct customers to the appropriate department.
• Perform other responsibilities as assigned.
