Job summary

Grand Casino Hinckley is seeking an Environmental Services (EVS) team member to implement and ensure cleaning operations across the casino and hotel facilities. You will clean restrooms, gaming floors, lobbies, convention spaces, and various venues while adhering to OSHA rules and safety standards.

Responsibilities include using cleaning chemicals and equipment per manufacturer instructions, maintaining guest safety, and supporting maintenance needs.

Qualifications

• Prior commercial cleaning experience preferred.
• Must be able to secure license from Gaming Regulatory Authority (GRA).
• Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Clean all assigned areas including restrooms, gaming floor, hotel lobby, convention center areas, and food venues.
• Operate cleaning equipment such as carpet extractors, sweepers, buffers, and scrubbers safely.
• Maintain sanitation and cleanliness to meet approved standards of cleanliness throughout the casino.
• Handle bloodborne pathogens and bio-hazardous materials per service standards.
