Handle all cash transactions.
Open and close inventories of all stock.
Take orders from guests and serve accurately and promptly.
Keep area clean and orderly.
Know guest limitations and comply with policy.
Abide by liquor regulations and gaming regulations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Follow appearance standards.
Work nights, weekends and/or holidays.
