Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent or beverage/bar experience.
• RAMP certification required or able to obtain.
• Experience serving beverages in a casino or bar setting preferred.
• Ability to read and understand financial information and perform basic arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Set up the bar and maintain a clean, orderly area.
• Handle all cash transactions accurately.
• Conduct opening and closing inventories of stock.
• Take guest orders and deliver promptly.
• Maintain knowledge of guests' limitations and company policy.
• Comply with liquor regulations and gaming regulations.
• Work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Other duties as assigned.
