Cherokee Nation Entertainment is seeking aServer to create a welcoming dining experience in a vibrant hospitality environment. You will take orders, serve meals, ensure guest satisfaction, and handle transactions while upholding safety and cleanliness standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability to a fast-paced setting, and adherence to alcohol safety guidelines, with opportunities to contribute to a fun and safe guest experience at Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Tulsa.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year of serving experience or equivalent.
• Ability to obtain a food handler’s card.
• Completion of alcohol awareness training.
• Eligibility for a state-issued Alcoholic Beverage License.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Willingness to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable working in environments with crowd noise and second-hand smoke.

Responsabilités

• Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the guest experience.
• Follow alcohol safety protocols, including ID verification.
• Maintain cleanliness of assigned stations and shared areas.
• Perform pre-bussing and table maintenance during service.
• Process guest payments accurately and efficiently.
