Qualifications

• Five years of data analysis experience in database marketing.
• Experience analyzing large datasets and creating campaigns.
• Casino marketing knowledge preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee development, design, and analysis of guest database marketing programs.
• Manage database maintenance analytics and DM/Email operations across platforms.
• Analyze marketing activity effectiveness and generate reports.
• Lead list management, report requests, and query requests.
• Supervise Database Analytics team under the Director.
• Ensure data integrity and promote best practices.
