Four Winds Casinos are Equal Opportunity Employers is seeking a Count/Drop Supervisor to assist the Count/Drop Supervisor in daily operations and ensure accuracy in all cash handling and reconciliations within the Finance Department.

The role focuses on supervising Count/Drop staff, maintaining compliance with Gaming Commission rules, and producing timely reports while upholding confidentiality and integrity of records.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
• Must be extremely numbers-oriented and computer-literate.
• Level 2 Gaming License required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Count/Drop Supervisor with coordination and supervision of all count and drop employees.
• Maintain knowledge of Gaming Commission laws and internal policies and controls.
• Ensure adequate staffing by interviewing, training, scheduling and evaluating staff.
• Ensure integrity of Count/Drop transactions.
• Assist in counting money and reconciling gaming revenue.
• Prepare reports (stiff sheets, transfer sheets, table game fills, credit slips) and reconcile totals.
• Maintain records and paperwork for Count/Drop area.
• Research disputes to resolve issues.
• Organize and preside over regular meetings to share information across the team.
• Lead day-to-day operations and escalate issues to management.
