Job summary

Grand Casino Hinckley is hiring a Beverage Server to deliver prompt, courteous service on the casino floor. You will take drink orders, serve beverages, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment for Guests throughout shifts.

Requirements include one year of bartending or serving experience, knowledge of cash handling, and adherence to health standards. Alcohol Awareness training is expected within two months, with growth opportunities within Grand Casino.

Qualifications

One year previous bartending and/or serving experience.
Alcohol Awareness Training (Certification within 2 months).
Must secure license from Gaming Regulatory Authority.
Mille Lacs Band Member and American Indian preference will be exercised in the hiring process.

Responsibilities

Provide prompt, efficient and courteous beverage service to Guests per Grand Casino standards.
Take and fill drink orders and assist in keeping the casino floor clean and neat.
Adhere to cash handling policies and procedures.
Know beverage menus and use suggestive selling to enhance the Guest experience.
Address Guest requests and concerns promptly and courteously.
Maintain a clean and sanitary work area in accordance with health regulations.
Collaborate with Utilities, Bartenders and Supervisors to ensure efficient operations.
Assist with side work and opening/closing duties as needed.
Be flexible to work across multiple food or beverage outlets.
