Job summary

Osage Casinos in Ponca City, OK is seeking a Casino Services Attendant to responsibly handle cash transactions, issue Club Osage cards, and promote member benefits while delivering courteous service to guests.

You will perform daily cash balancing, operate a player tracking system, and ensure compliance with gaming regulations; prior cash handling and customer service experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Prior cash handling experience required.
• Gaming, Hospitality or Customer Service industry experience preferred.
• Previous direct customer service experience required.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screening and obtain and maintain a gaming license.
• Must maintain a valid Driver’s License.
• Eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Makes efforts to keep informed of company information and communications.
• Performs credit inquiries and credit checks to process new check cashing applications.
• Provides excellent guest services and resolves guest disputes as needed.
• Balances assigned bank and maintains records and reports.
• Maintains a clean player tracking database.
