Rain Rock Casino is seeking a Cage Supervisor/Lead Cashier to safeguard assets and oversee daily cage operations. The role includes supervising cashiers, balancing cash drawers, and coordinating with table games, restaurants, and hotel staff.

Ideal candidates have 6–12 months money-handling experience, strong English communication, and a Tribal Gaming License or ability to obtain one. This is a full-time, on-site position in California.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• 3 months casino Cage Cashier experience required.
• 6–12 months money-handling experience required.
• Must have computer experience.
• Good public relations skills; professional appearance.
• Must communicate in English.
• Tribal Gaming License or ability to obtain.
• Pass drug screen and background check.
• U.S. work eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Safeguard assets and balance cash drawers and kiosks.
• Manage all soft count duties and deposits for Cage operations.
• Supervise and assist Cage Cashiers during shifts.
• Process jackpots for the Slot Department leads and attendants.
• Provide information on Players Club benefits and property amenities.
• Maintain Title 31 recordkeeping requirements.
• Maintain professional communication with other departments.
• Ensure accurate balance and daily reconciliation.
