Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• 1 year cashier and casino customer service experience is required.
• Data entry and previous supervisory experience is preferred.
• Must be able to maintain appropriate Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Control and account for cage transactions.
• Ensure compliance with Nevada Gaming Regulations and GSR policies.
• Deliver positive, courteous guest service in all interactions.
• Balance and issue bank to floor attendants and hotel team members.
• Enter guest transactions into the company computer system accurately.
• Prepare paperwork, balance sheets, and documents per standards and internal controls.
• Transfer cash, chips, and checks between cage and departments.
• Adhere to department policies to maintain integrity of cage operations.
• Notify managers of concerns to ensure responsible gaming and alcohol service.
