Ameristar Casino Resort Spa in Black Hawk, CO is hiring for a Cage position. You will redeem tickets, balance cash, and provide courteous guest service in a fast-paced environment. This is a uniformed role requiring strong math skills and cash handling experience.

Candidates should communicate clearly in English, have ten-key calculator skills, data entry ability, and be able to work nights, weekends and holidays. Colorado gaming license eligibility is required.

Qualifications

• Previous casino Cage or cash handling experience.
• Ability to communicate, understand and write English.
• Must have ten-key (calculator) skills.
• Data entry/computer skills are required.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Colorado Support Gaming License.

Responsibilities

• Assure the security of company funds; provide accurate and courteous guest service.
• Redeem tickets, cash checks, and supply information to guests.
• Balance the window impress total, sell checks, chips, and coins/ to the main baker.
• Responsible for the movement and protection of company funds.
• Maintain a neat, safe, and organized work area.
