Responsibilities

• Provide fast, friendly and courteous beverage service primarily to patrons on the casino floor.
• Control all beverage service in accordance with liquor laws and established policies and procedures.
• Perform side duties such as cleaning glasses and utensils, garnish preparation, miscellaneous preparation, stocking, etc.
