Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1 year experience in bartending or bar setting preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal service with a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Experience operating a cash register and handling credit and cash transactions preferred.
• Wine service experience preferred.
• Food handler certification required or obtainable within 6 months of hire.
• Knowledge of Minnesota Tribal Liquor Ordinance requirements.
• Ability to communicate effectively, orally and in writing.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds; stand/walk for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Take food and beverage orders from guests and/or beverage servers.
• Mix ingredients to prepare beverages.
• Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages.
• Manage cash register transactions and payments, including cards and cash.
• Set up and present bar areas; assist with stock and requisitions.
• Maintain safety, sanitation, and professional appearance.
